Come join us for fun, functional fitness classes!
Are you looking to take control of your fitness while having fun? We offer semi private classes for groups of three to five people.
What does that mean?
You and your friends will have half of our facilities reserved for a tailored personal training session. Because the classes are small, our kins will be able to supervise all the members of your group to ensure that you are each receiving proper coaching, all while having the added bonus of sharing the cost of a regular 1 to 1 session.
These classes are designed with specific fitness goals in mind and will be following a basic strength training progression so they require a minimum four week commitment from all parties involved.

Saturday Sweat
Looking to sweat? We offer two public group classes, twice a day on Saturday. Our HIIT classes are high energy and fun, perfect for a weekend warrior. With a maximum of 8 people per class, you can enjoy an energizing group environment while still feeling confident that our kins will be there to give you personalized attention.
