I have used West Coast Kinetics for both Kinesiology sessions and group fitness classes. So far, my experience with them has been extremely positive. They excel on a one-to-one level, and their classes are fun and effective. A particular advantage of their kinesiology knowledge is that they can quickly adjust an exercise to your needs and comfort level, a skill that can be lacking in other group settings. Their space is bright and clean, and their attitudes are always uplifting and welcoming to all.
Anaïs is the perfect trainer. It’s really clear how much she cares about her client’s goals and she goes out of her way to make sure that she’s specific in the exercises and stretches that she does. She keeps her eyes on me and makes modifications to make sure I get things right. I feel very comfortable with her around and I can’t believe all the progress I’ve made with her help.
I can’t speak highly enough of Lydia-Rose’s attention to details and care for my injuries. From my first session she has constantly been present and engaged with how I am feeling and is always adapting my program based on my needs. I went from not being able to put any weight on my wrist to holding 1 minute planks with no pain!
