Meet Hannah

Book Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Born and raised in Vancouver, I have grown to love the city’s parks and outdoor activities. I enjoy running and participating in athletic events, including the Vancouver marathon and the local Grouse Grind. With my running partner, my father, I hope to finish many more fun and exciting events whether it be in our city or abroad. I have traveled, studied and lived in Australia, Singapore, & Malaysia over the last 20 years, but will always enjoy what Vancouver has to offer.

I studied at the University of British Columbia: first in a Bachelors of Human Kinetics (BHK) with a Commerce Minor and then my Master of Physical Therapy degree (MPT). My aim is to help and rehab others to return to their active selves, be athletically conditioned, be conscious of their well-being, and to be able to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Some of my other interests include hiking, cycling, sewing, cooking (particularly southeast Asian cuisine), and teaching piano (certified with the Royal Conservatory of Music).

Meet Tony

Book Monday and Friday

I discovered physiotherapy after getting injured while playing sports. That first injury taught me how life-changing it is to have a therapist who truly listens, understands your fears, and treats you as an individual. Over the years, I’ve faced other injuries and found myself looking for someone who could offer that same level of care and empathy. I know what it’s like to feel limited by pain and to worry about how it might affect your life. These experiences shaped my approach as a physiotherapist—I strive to provide the understanding and personalized care I know makes all the difference.

In 2011, I moved to Canada from Latin America to follow my dream of becoming a physiotherapist.

I have years of experience working in both in-home care and clinic-based settings. I can help with managing pain, creating personalized strengthening plans, and guiding recovery for people at all stages of life. My approach focuses on understanding each person’s unique needs and creating a safe, supportive space where they feel empowered to reach their health goals. I speak both English and Spanish, which allows me to connect with a diverse group of clients.

I graduated from the University of Victoria with a degree in Kinesiology and earned my Master’s in Physiotherapy from the University of British Columbia. I am also certified in Modern Dry Needling – Anatomical Neuropathic Intramuscular Stimulation (AN-IMS) and helped run Victoria’s largest post-operative joint replacement program for knee and hip replacements.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and baking with my wife, volunteering at my church, traveling, and staying active outdoors through activities like pickleball, baseball, and beach volleyball.
