Sarah’s lifelong passion for movement began at just three years old, when she dove into the rooftop pool of her family’s condo in Montreal — the moment that sparked a deep and lasting love for sport. Over the years, she immersed herself in a wide range of athletic pursuits, including swimming, figure skating, taekwondo, dance, tennis, and rock climbing, competing at a high level in both swimming and tennis.
Driven by her dedication to sport and her desire to support others, Sarah became a certified Lifeguard and Swim Instructor, working with individuals from infancy through older adulthood. Her years of coaching and leadership solidified her commitment to a career focused on human movement and performance. This path led her to the University of British Columbia, where she earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2025, specializing in Neuromechanical and Physiological Sciences.
An avid outdoors enthusiast, Sarah enjoys backpacking, hiking, and leading others through challenging environments — a skill she first developed while organizing group hikes in high school. These experiences nurtured her strengths in mentorship, guidance, and creating supportive movement-based communities.
As a practicing Kinesiologist, Sarah brings a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach to every client she works with. She is particularly passionate about supporting individuals recovering from surgery, athletes looking to optimize performance, and anyone seeking to build strength with confidence and proper technique. Sarah uses her expertise to assess movement patterns, address limitations, and design personalized exercise programs that improve function, enhance resilience, and help clients reach meaningful, sustainable goals.
When she’s not in the pool, on the trails, or on the pickleball court, Sarah can be found discovering new ways to move, exploring local coffee shops, or planning her next adventure. She strives to inspire clients to blend indoor training with outdoor activity, cultivate joy in movement, and build habits that support a strong, active, and fulfilling lifestyle.
